Payment Policy

1. Terms of Payment

1.1. Payment Methods: BeUddokta Business Agency (“BeUddokta”) accepts various payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified in the individual service agreement.

1.2. Service Charges: BeUddokta service fees will be outlined in each service agreement. It is the client’s responsibility to review the payment terms for each service.

2. Payment System

2.1. One-time Services: For one-time services, payment in full or a deposit may be required before the start of the project.

2.2. Monthly Packages: If you subscribe to a BeUddokta monthly package, payment must be made within 7, 15, or 30 days of purchase, as per the agreement.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Eligibility: To receive a refund from BeUddokta, you must provide a reason. If the reason is valid, you will be eligible for a refund.

4. Late Payment

4.1. Consequences of Late Payment: Clients are obligated to adhere to the payment terms specified in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

5. Payment Security

BeUddokta prioritizes the security of your payment information.

6. Additional Payment Charges

A 1.85% charge will be applied for bKash payments and a 1.45% charge for Nagad payments.
